Provide Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) provides you with the skills and knowledge to serve alcohol legally and responsibly in a licensed venue in Queensland.

Topics cover:

• Understand your obligations under the law
• Identify customers to whom alcohol service may be refused
• Responsibly assist customers to drink within appropriate limits
• Assist alcohol affected customers

You will be issued with your nationally recognised Statement of Attainment once you completed and passed all the required assessments.
